Support

The Tartib app is what your team carries on the floor — counting stock, scanning assets, raising repairs, checking in for a shift. If something is not behaving, start here.

Try your own administrator first. Most of what people ask us — a missing module, a branch you cannot select, a count you are not allowed to post — is a permission your own company controls in its Tartib console. Whoever set up your workspace can change it in a minute; we cannot change it for them.

Common questions

I cannot sign in

Tartib signs you in through your company's workspace, not with a password you create in the app. Check that you are using the work email your employer registered, and that you picked the right workspace if you were asked. If the app says the sign-in was rejected, your account has probably not been added yet — ask your administrator to invite you. If it says it could not reach the server, you are offline or behind a network that blocks it; try mobile data.

A module is missing from my home screen

You see only what your role allows. Stock count, Assets, Repair, Attendance, Checklists and Leave each appear once your administrator grants you that module. If a colleague has it and you do not, that is the difference — ask them to check your role rather than reinstalling the app.

The scanner will not open

Scanning needs the camera permission. On iPhone or iPad open Settings, find Tartib, and turn Camera on; on Android it is under App info, Permissions. If the permission is on and the view is still black, close the app fully and reopen it. You can always type a code by hand instead — every screen that scans also takes a search.

Check-in says it cannot confirm my branch

Check-in reads your position once, at that moment, to confirm you are at the branch. It needs the location permission and a fix — indoors and in basements a fix can take longer or fail. Step nearer a window or a doorway and try again. If you have declined location entirely, check-in still records the shift; it just records it without a position, and your manager may be asked to approve it.

I counted with no signal — is my count lost?

No. Every quantity you enter is written to the handset first and sent when the connection returns, which is why cold rooms and back stores are safe to count in. Keep the app installed and signed in until you are back in coverage, then open it: the queue empties on its own and the sheet shows the lines as counted. Only signing out or deleting the app discards the queue.

There is no count open for my location

A count has to be opened for a location before anyone can count into it. A supervisor does that from the Tartib console — Inventory, then Stock counts, then start a count for that branch. Once it is open it appears in the app the next time you pull the screen down to refresh.

The app is showing me old data

The app keeps a copy of your workspace so it opens instantly and works offline. Pull down on a screen to refresh it. After a release, closing the app completely and opening it twice picks up the new version — the second open is the one that runs it.

Can I look at the app before signing in?

Yes. On the sign-in screen tap Look around first (in Arabic, جولة تجريبية أولًا). It opens the same app on a sample business — invented people, today's dates, nothing real behind it — so you can check in, ask for leave, answer a checklist and count stock without an account. What you do there is forgotten when the app closes.

How do I delete my account or my data?

Your record belongs to the company that gave you the account, so removing it is their decision to make — ask your administrator. Signing out clears everything held on the handset. What is kept on the server, and for how long, is set out in the privacy policy. If you cannot reach your administrator, write to us and we will find the right person.

When you write to us

Three things turn a slow reply into a fast one: your company name, the screen you were on, and what you expected to happen instead. A screenshot is worth more than a description. If the app showed an error code, include it exactly.
